Anyone riding with Kentuckiana Scooter Club (KSC) or attending KSC meetings, events and functions accepts full and total responsibility for themselves, passengers and/or guests. This includes, however is not limited to, safety, appropriate gear, traffic and scooter laws. KSC Founders, Managers, Administrators or any other representatives of KSC will not be accountable or liable in any way.
